dc.descriptionThe relationship between women and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) is changing but the presence of women in technical and scientific studies and research in these fields is much lower than that of men. In this article the situation is in this context in the Technological University of Panama, public policies are described in ICT that have been developed and some statistics that allow us to assess the research landscape in ICT, some conclusions and future work which will give continuity to this study are presented.en_US
